This course is meant as an introductory course. I have broken the course down into 4 stages: -Intro to Liquors and Spirits
-Tools utilized behind the bar
-Basic build of the cocktail
-Alcohol safety and General awareness
This course will put you well on your way to your first bar job.
As a part of the course the basics of proper etiquette behind the bar is taught. These concepts are based on the Forbes Travel Guide standards.
